My sense 2 is working perfectly fine.

Just to encourage readers here: People post issues here leaving readers with the impression that fitbit products are troublesome. Before my sense 2,  I had a charge 4 and enjoyed it. It did what it promised to do. After this positive experience I upgraded to sense 2. Not a minute regrets. Battery life is great (with always on), sleep tracking fine, no misses, sensors, no misses, I have got years of history to follow trends. The switch to Google was a mouseclick (yes, I am having a google account) . I'm sorry if you are experiencing troubles and I hope for you that this community can help you with that.  My sense 2 is great!
