My sense 2 that I have bought in this last year is dead. No charging, no nothing.

I purchased my sense 2 on June 14th and this morning when I woke up, I hit the side button to see what time it was and nothing showed.  I took it off to do the same and nothing again.  It was working yesterday and last night but this morning, nothing.  I tried charging it and nothing.  I had charged it just Sunday evening so I could not figure that out.  I could understand if I was rough with it but I am 70 years old and don't do rough stuff because of health issues.  I am really browned off.  I checked the app on my mobile and nothing is registered from overnight.  At 70 I do not have the money to keep pouring into Fitbit watches.  I bought this one because of all the health recording it does.  Guess I am out of that now too.  Really browned off.

Welcome to the nightmare that a lot of us are experiencing. The company messed up but we get stuck paying again. But at least you get a 35% discount on your new watch so that's a bonus.

I am not putting anymore money into fitbit.  If they cannot stand behind their watches then I am all done.  It really browns me off because I had this connected to my doctor so she could see if any health issues were happening.  June 14th.  4 months of usage?  Nope, not spending anymore on Fitbit products.  I kept an old versa so I will have to use that until I do buy a different health smart watch.   I can imagine the gossip at my doctors office tomorrow when they all realize how lousy the company backs their products.

Seems like Fitbit is actually TRYING to destroy their company.
How dumb.

True that.  And Google isn't all it's cracked up to be.  I have a friend that has come over to try to get it running again and they did but for some reason the battery has gone flat.  I don't have many notifications working on it.  Let's see how long this lasts.  However in saying that, Christmas is coming and I am on the search for a different brand smart watch.  My doctor was keeping track of my afib, etc... with the sense 2.  Time to move on I believe.  I need reliability.

I've been looking at all the GARMIN series.
This time I'm going to do a lot more research before I put money down but I
can promise you it WON'T be with Fitbit. I'll miss them but no way will I
deal with them anymore. The parent company Alphabet / Google bought Fitbit
just a short 3 years ago & it didn't take them long to run it into the
ground. I think I'll call my broker to make sure I dump any stock that I
don't know about, then call my IT buddy and get rid of my xxxx.gmail.com
email.

I have had recommendations for the garmin also.   I am also looking into changing my email too.  I cannot figure out why companies fix what ain't broken.
