My Fitbit Sense 2 stopped charging, I did the following to recover from failure
1. Replaced charger
2. Cleaned the back surface watch
With above 2 steps, watch still fail to charge.
When I zoom in to the 4 charging port on the watch, I found one of them fallen or broken., Hence no contact between the charger and watch and thus failing to charge.
I have reached out to 1. Fit Bit show room and found that no service on FitBit Watches.
2. Called google support 18003097632, response from them is FitBit watches not expected to open and service.
Now both option 1 and 2 doesn't help resolve my problem.
Please help with solution to fix the charging port in my watch.

Is it not covered under the warranty? How long have you owned the watch for?
