Since Fitbit installed new update, when phones on silent mode and with vibrate turned off I can’t receive notifications on Fitbit Sence 2 ?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2. Please check if Do not Disturb mode is turned on on your device. To do so just swipe down on the clock face. If the button with the minus sign, located in the upper left corner of your device's quick settings is lit, simply tap on it to turn Do not Disturb off.

That's not the issue, the issue is before this update, I can have my phone on silent, and have vibration turned off as well, when I get a call? Email, or text message, I still was able to get the notification on my watch, now the sound has to be turned on, or the vibration to get notifications on the watch.

I haven’t gotten notifications since my mobile app updated.  I checked all the do not disturb and notifications options.  Deleted/reinstalled Sense 2 to phone Bluetooth.  Restarted phone and watch.  Don’t want to reinstall app because it says all data will be lost.
