New Sense 2 is not tracking my steps

New sense 2 not tracking any steps at all.  Why?

Hi there, @yogitude. Welcome to the forums. I'm glad to hear that the issue is solved now. 

If you experience this issue again, please follow @Guy_ and @SunsetRunner's tips and recommendations and restart your Sense 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Press and hold button for 10secs, then counting until you see the Fitbit logo. If that doesn’t work, try unpairing then repairing the device. Or last and final option which you should probably not have to get to is to unpair your device, sign out completely, and uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

Hi @yogitude - if you switched clock face may be you didn't give all permissions.

 

To verify, swipe the watch face left and see if steps show in the tile.

 

If so, in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile give permissions or uninstall and reinstall the clock face.
