I have a new Sense 2 that I updated to the latest firmware 194.86 (verified in settings on the device and on the Fitbit app) but the Fitbit app on my iPhone still keeps displaying update available. I have completed several additional firmware updates to the tracker, restarted the tracker, deleted the tracker from the app and re-paired the phone and tracker and deleted the Fitbit app and redownloaded. Nothing has worked to remove the update prompt from the Fitbit app even though I have verified that the tracker has the current firmware version 194.86. Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

I would ignore the update prompt for at least a week and see if it clears by that time.

Hi @Sharyl100 - did you try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and then restart the phone, and watch too?

Thanks. Hopefully it disappears on its own.

@Sharyl100 - still try going to settings in the Fitbit App and Help & support and check status.
And try removing the Bluetooth entries for any Fitbit watch, then logout of the app and login and if necessary to recreate the entries run the set-up and replace.
Lastly check you don't have MobileTrack installed as well as the watch.

Does the button for update available work?
