New Sense 2

My Sense 2 is 10 days old.  Won’t charge, doesn’t keep steps accurate, has a ton of problems!

If it won't charge, any other problems will very soon become trivial.  If it is brand new, I think you should contact Support.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
