New watch shutting off possibly resetting, screen not lighting up.

The screen on my watch doesn't light until I hit the button on the side. Then the fitbit logo shows up like its starting up for the first time and not recording steps.Any suggestions? Battery is at 91%

Hello there @mangell, welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be glad to help you out!

Your Fitbit Sense 2's screen might be glitching. Try restarting it by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work, ensure the charger is clean and securely connected.

Finally, check the display settings of your device and make sure that the screen wake is on.
