I am a premium member. Got Fitbit Sense 2 for Christmas last year. It has been absolutely wonderful, until about 8 weeks ago. Now no longer measures breathing rate, heart rate variability, or sleep score. I have spent hours on the phone with “support”. They will not admit it’s a bug on their end, but reading various blogs, apparently it is. Since it’s under warranty I’m now on my third device, and no change. Since what it’s not measuring is the primary reason I wanted one, and it is under warranty, their latest “solution“ is for me to return it and they will refund my money. I’d prefer they correct whatever flaws are in the software or hardware. Is there a fix to this problem anytime in the near future? If not, as much as I don’t want to, I will return it and purchase an Apple Watch.

I agree. It’s a software issue. I also have a Sense 2 and have been experiencing the same issue. I will be getting a Garmin which has great reviews and records sleep accurately.

I’m having problems too, not a premium member and no sleep pattern recording
