First, please be patient with me, I'm German and English is not my first language.
I've downloaded the newest Sense 2 app, and the Sense 2 watch works fine. But I have no ECG app on the Watch. I activated the ECG option in the FitBit app on the phone. The app says that the ECG is aviable on the watch, but it isn't. I've scrolled to the left, to the right, up and down, but no ECG app aviable on the watch. I've searched also the solutions for this problem, but none of these solutions worked for me. I rebooted the phone several times... Can somebody help me?

Same issue. But the ECG app did show up and work on the watch when first purchased last month for a number of days. Now app shows it’s installed and ready for use and shows previous data but app is not showing up on the watch itself. Location is Canada. Yes the phone is set to correct country.
Have tried syncing app. Have shut down watch and app. Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting blue tooth etc.
only thing I have not done yet is uninstall and reinstall the app. Should that be my next step?

Just figured it out. There is no tile for the ECG. Just need to go to the apps list right on the watch to get it up.
