No GPS indication when walking or running

I just upgraded to a sense 2 from a Sense.  When I walked and started both the fitbit app in my iPhone with the Sense I would get a route map and the times and distance were close.  With the Sense 2 only my iPhone gives me the route and the distances are off by a 1/2 mile.

I'm having the same issue but when bicycling. I'm still within the return window for my sense too. Should I just return it at this point?

I just talked to the Fitbit folks via chat and I ended doing a factory reset, I’ll let you know if it works when I go for my walk tomorrow.

The GPS is still not working even after the factory reset.  Spent another hour going over same issue with a different tech being asked to do the same thing we tried yesterday again.  Very frustrating I've been using a fitbit since they came out in 2008.  The tech said he was escalating it and that he would contact me via email. If I don't get some resolution soon, I'm seriously thinking about moving to an Apple watch.
