No Google Wallet in India even though there are Indian Bank Participating

I have been using Sense 2 for a month now and there's no Google Wallet app on my watch. After doing some research, I noticed on Fitbit's website that Google Wallet is not available in India despite of Indian Participating Banks as listed on the official website:
