No Heart rate or detailed sleep since Aug 20

My fitbit was replaced under warranty and received about Aug 13 and worked fine for a week. But since Aug 20, there is no heart rate readings (bpm) and have only had simplified sleep details. 
I have reset the fitbit several times, but no change.

I recommend that you try restarting the device.
