No body responses/stress on Sense 2 after factory reset

My Sense 2 tracker had to be factory reset yesterday and reattached to my Fitbit account. However, since then I don't see body responses on the watch (it says 'No data yet.') and none of the body responses I add via the watch appear in the app.

I have, as prior to the reset, have "Track body responses" and "Body response notifications" selected in the app. As suggested elsewhere, I have turned them off for 10 minutes, synced, then turned them back on again (and then synced), but still nothing is appearing.

What else can I try to fix this?

There are so many with this question and fitbit/google have yet to answer. Google is trying to kill fitbit.
