No heart rate reading on brand new Sense 2

Heart rate is blank while wearing the device, have tried shutting down to and a factory reset with no joy. Device is brand new out of the box today.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jummykorn. I'm sorry to hear that your new Sense 2 shows blank heart rate and thank you for letting us know that you have tried shutting down your device and a factory reset.
