Everything seems to still be working with my Sense 2. It actually shows my time awake and sleep and gives me a sleep score for the day, which seems to be reasonable and consistent in the high 70s. But Premium is supposed to show you a breakdown of the score into three components based on restoration, time asleep, REM etc. But my breakdown scores show up as -/50, -/25, and -/25. In other words, no breakdown scores. I have restarted the device, cleaned the sensor, and made sure that I was running the latest version of the firmware.
Has anyone else had this problem? It looks like a Google/Fitbit server side problem to me....
