Hi, i notice you have just issued firmware update 210.6. This prompted me to check my app and see what version I was running and I noticed it is only 128.6.17. On checking further there is nothing showing to update. I’m guessing that I haven’t been receiving firmware updates for a long time, why is this? This probably explains why so many features haven’t been working properly for a while (I am a Premium user). I am at the point of thinking that binning my Sense 2 is the best option and moving to a competitor

You're probably better off sticking with an older Firmware, anything released recently has been disastrous (check all the other threads in this subforum).

Still no response from Fitbit so after 7 years it seems it’s time to junk this and buy a smartwatch that works from a decent company
