Hi, i notice you have just issued firmware update 210.6. This prompted me to check my app and see what version I was running and I noticed it is only 128.6.17. On checking further there is nothing showing to update. I’m guessing that I haven’t been receiving firmware updates for a long time, why is this? This probably explains why so many features haven’t been working properly for a while (I am a Premium user). I am at the point of thinking that binning my Sense 2 is the best option and moving to a competitor
