Just start off I'm not one much into exercise and I use the fitbit sense2 mainly to tell the time and to turn on all my things in my house before I walk in. I don't understand why they had to get rid of it and tell us they might use it one future devices. It was working perfectly fine. Pretty disappointing. Now it is just a fancy watch

Hi @Mpepka89 - if you were using a Sense before it is true this watch has no Google Assistant or 3rd party apps or music support.

If you are in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

A Sense or other makes have these features. You may find a Garmin Venu 2 Plus has better Google Assistant too as it supports routines which a Sense doesn't.
