No notification when steps are met

So I recently upgraded from the Blaze to the Sense 2. Some issues I'm experiencing are,

1. My Sense does not notify me when I have reached my step goal, as my Blaze did.

2. When my Blaze was in sleep mode, if I raised my arm it would light up and show me the screen so I could see the time. My Sense does not do this. Every time I want to see the time, I have to push the button on the side of the screen to make it light up.

I have deleted my Blaze from account settings as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

HI @FreddieBear1978 - the Sense 2 has a larger screen and to stop it waking you in the night with a bright display it's Sleep mode means it won't automatically light up, and is dimmed and notifications are stopped. If you need to see the time press the button, as you have found, this is the correct operation.

If you are not getting step goals ensure that they are set as the primary goal in the Fitbit App and do a manual sync.

One of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it can lose connection and the watch may not know about it. Also restart the watch, it may help with the syncing, and make sure that the phone is not connected as a device on your Fitbit account on the Fitbit App, Device page.
