I have been with fitbit since 2018 and used different models. Since 8/2023 I‘ve used Sense 2 and experienced many problems, even after updating the app and restarting. The sense 2 shows about 200 „floors“ every day, no sleep score, an ridiculous level of oxygen and many other problems. Support wasn‘t helpful. After I waited several times for the fix of the bugs I am ready to leave fitbit and buy a smart watch/ tracker from another brand.
