No sleep score, no health metrics, no support

  • My sense 2 has had sporadic or no sleep score and health metrics for the past 4 or more weeks. Despite 5 conversations with 5 different representatives and 2 different case numbers, no one has been able to help me. I have  done everything the support staff has recommended. I was promised 2 different follow ups and no one has reached out. My sense 2 is still under warranty and has extra protection plan. The sensor light is failing and no one will admit it is defective. The support staff passes me on to the next person or gaslights me, hoping I will just give up. The worst part is I feel terrible for ever recommending Fitbit to my fitness class. I have been a member since 2015 and have been treated poorly by support staff. Thanks for your loyalty.

I at least was offered a refurbished replacement, but as usual with Fitbit...this replacement didn't work either.  I had the same experience with my 
Charge 5, which I why I even got the Sense. My Sense worked fine, but my Sense 2 and replacement were useless.  I am returning the watch (oddly they don't want the useless broken watches back until you ask for your money refunded.)  Even THAT was like jumping through hoops of fire to get the return confirmation.  I'm going to be buying an Apple Watch because those actually work... Fitbit has become a garbage company. Been a user since 2017.
