No sound or vibration on timers or alarms or calls sense 2

I have found that I no longer have sound or vibration on my sense 2.  It means that it is totally pointless having timers, alarms or even answering a phone calls! 

It is NOT on DND or Sleep mode.

Alexa seems to be talking still though, so it isn't the speaker.

Any ideas anyone? *I have factory reset the fitbit and still nothing*. I have looked through all the obvious settings on the fitbit and on the app, but either it just isn't working OR there is a setting somewhere deep in the app that I have accidentally turned off.

Hi @CorinnaW @Sueq1123 - it may be simply the bug in the new V4 Fitbit App which loses connection, once that happens you won't receive any notifications or calls.

The timers should still work though, especially if it was factory reset. It may be an issue with the latest firmware now, since it was factory reset and the latest firmware was installed.
