No stress management scores is happening again

All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone (Pixel 7). I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem? This was happening 2 months ago and was fixed.

I’m having the same issue. Restarted the device, restarted iPhone deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still not working. The app is up to date as is the device firmware. Any suggestions Fitbit team?

I too am having the same frustration and have done everything the same as yourself.

its extremely annoying but I’m relieved also in knowing its not just me.

I've had no Stress Management score since Friday and my app and firmware are also up to date. Seems like another server issue that needs to be resolved again.

I am having this issue again. This is on my Pixel watch. It is very annoying. Not sure anything we do can alter the situation. Hopefully Fitbit will soon put it right!

I have been having the same issue.  Everything is updated, restarted my fitbit and phone, checked software etc.

I have only had my charge 6 for three weeks and haven’t been able to get the stress management score now for five days and yes I have the latest update. What is going on? Seems like a lot of people have the same issues. I wear it all of the time and have tried the suggested steps
