No stress score on sense 2

My sense 2 doesnt show the stress score although I wear it almost all the day long!

At the score details screen it says make sure to:

  • Sync your Fitbit device successfully to the app after waking up tomorrow.

  • User has not valid sleep records for last night (sleep logs must have wake time between 8PM previous day to 1PM previous night)

I actually wake up after 1PM because I sleep late, Is this the reason why I dont see the score?

I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, restart the phone and the watch but still no change.

Hi @a123hm

Looking at the error message you posted, I would take a guess that your sleep schedule is confusing the tracking. If you wake up after 13:00, what time are you going to sleep and does this whole period get tracked correctly as sleep?

Are there any times when your sleep schedule could be considered as more regular? Do you receive a score in this situation?

@a123hm   I've had a few times when I was reading before bed and my Fitbit thought I was asleep.  The 'sleep' started before 8PM and I got no stress score.  I edited my sleep and got my score.  I wonder if the 1PM is the same thing.  Maybe you can't go to sleep before 8PM and you must be awake by 1PM the next day.

Yes, I got a score when my schedule was within 8-1pm …. It could be as u said My sleeping schedule is confusing the app.

Ok thanks for confirming. A bit disappointing that it couldn't be a bit smarter, especially as I'm sure there are a lot of night workers who would like to track such metrics.
