Not charging from new

I have just purchased a brand new Sense 2 from my local JB HiFi. I have put it on charge however it will not turn on. I have tried different outlets and left it on charge for upwards of 2 hours. Unless I press and hold the button for about 10 seconds nothing happens and when something does happen the logo will display for a few seconds and then it will turn off. Have a got a faulty chord or even watch? Or is there something else I can try

Hi @jemmaconlon  - sometimes a tiny bit of plastic can remain stuck on a contact which stops it charging.

The watch automatically turns off to save battery, especially when low.

When normal charging works it should show the charge level, and even start the watch if it is off.
