I just got a a new phone, Samsung Ultra 24 and my sense no longer is getting text message. I reviewed the community on this same issue and followed the response and I am still not getting them. I checked my old phone to ensure my Sense was not connected with that phone and that is it connected and paired to my new phone. I turned off my Sense and rebooted.

Hi @myrnad1958 - just a silly thought if the old phone is off and it is setup correctly, did you try to pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons? It may be in sleep or do not disturb mode.

@myrnad1958 - it may be an app issue with the latest phones but versions of the Fitbit App can lose connection. You may have to toggle Bluetooth, or restart the phone and watch again.
Note you will have to setup notifications again on the new phone.
