Not right firmware

My fitbit sense 2 did a reset and when I reconnected it to the app it went though a update (pic show current version after reconnecting) before the reset I had google pay on my device with this version still has fitbit pay not google pay. In the app it shows that this is updated to the latest version.

The latest firmware version for the Sense is listed as 128.6.17. If you see another number make sure to update the Firmware version of your Sense by following the instructions in our help article How do I update my Fitbit device? > How do I update Fitbit devices?

I am using the sense 2 and my app is showing the firmware version is 60.20001.214.24. The app is telling me that there's no update right now. I have reset the device already and no luck. I wish I could post a screenshot to this.

Hi @Kidkart72, thank you for the clarification.

In effect the latest firmware version for the Sense 2 is 214.24. 

If you are still finding trouble with the wallet, i would suggest to launch the factory reset from the device's settings. 

Swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Then tap on "Factory reset". 

Once the factory reset is finished, setup your device back to your Fitbit app by following the steps suggested in our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? > Fitbit watches and trackers

@Kidkart72   If you tap on the Fitbit pay tile, does it give you the option to update it to Google wallet?

Mine is the same version and no updates are available. How do I do an update then?
