Nothing works

My Sense 2 is brand new and it has been nothing but disappointments. I cleaned it and wore it to bed night before last, it actually detected sleep. I wore it the same exact way last night, and it didn’t detect sleep at all. All day today it hasn’t registered any body responses despite me having immense stress toward the end of my work day. Not even when I got home and got frustrated to tears when I saw one of my animals made a mess. I sync the thing multiple times a day. It’s clean. It’s worn appropriately. I’ve changed settings to sensitive. This is starting to be so much effort for something that should just WORK without all of this trouble. I shouldn’t have to think about if my fitbit is on right. I never had problems like this when I had a versa 2. I thought that when I would try fitbit again after an apple watch that I’d go for the upgrade from a Versa and get the Sense 2. I just feel like that’s been a mistake and a waste of money.

Hi @taypsd  - the Versa 2 is a great  reliable watch.

if you are unhappy with the Sense 2 Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds
