Notifications show up twice?

Hey Everyone!

I'm a long-time Fitbit user and just got a Sense 2.  I've noticed that whenever I receive notifications (text, email, whatever), the notifications show up twice on the watch:  The message will pop up, disappear after 1 second, then reappear and stay up.  This behavior is extremely annoying.  None of my previous Fitbits did this (Sense, Versa, Blaze).

How do I get the notification to pop up once and stay up?

Hi @Phade - Notifications is one of the issues people are noticed this. They seem to come in 2 attempts. Have a look in the forums for similar reports.

There doesn't seem to be any way to control the behaviour.

So, is this a known issue that will be fixed in a future software update or is it a "feature" where you start reading the notification, it disappears before you are done, and then you can continue reading it 3 seconds later?

@Phade- it is unclear why it has been done this way or whether it will be changed. Have a look around the forums but us users have no knowledge of anything planned.
