Notifications to watch from Pixel phone have stopped

I am logged in the app using my Google account.  Notifications to my watch stopped a few days ago.  In the app settings, the only notifications I can set up are things like low battery warning, nothing about calls, texts or emails.  This used to be available when I was logged in using my Fitbit account.  I tried restarting the watch, restarting the phone, turning on/off Bluetooth, pairing the watch with the phone, uninstalling the app, nothing works.  Any suggestions?

HI @mels12345  - see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Also pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons to make sure the watch isn't blocking them [even after a restart].

Hi @Guy_ and welcome @mels12345 to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your notifications that have recently stopped.

The push notifications you mention are those merely to notify updates withing the app. You can access them from the gear icon located in the upper right corner in the "today" tab.

To receive notifications from your mobile you need to go to the Today tab in the Fitbit app and then tap the devices icon and then your Sense 2. Finally, Tap Notifications.

If you have already setup notifications, check our help article What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone? below the section "What permissions does the Fitbit app need?"

I hope these tips well help you to resolve your issue. Have a nice day!
