On-Wrist Calls not working on Sense 2

On-wrist calls work only once after I unpair/pair Sense 2 Calls from my Bluetooth devices. But only just the once.
  When I receive a call:
    • If I cancel it, the call is canceled succesfully.
    • If I accept it, Sense 2 displays "Connecting ...", a notification icon of a connected Bluetooth device appears (Sense 2 Calls), but the call does not go through to Sense 2 until it fails to connect displaying "Connection Error. There is something wrong with your connection. Call is now on phone".

Have you tried resetting the Sense 2? How about deleting the device from your account and adding it back in?

Try going through the phone call setup for the tracker. If there is a permission or connection problem, setup should fix it
