Hi,
I ordered for a fitbit sense 2 on 9th April 2023 and had mistakenly entered wrong shipping address. However, I immediately tried various ways to correct the mistake starting from fitbit support twitter DM, support chat to calling customer care number. All of the responses were like - "Sorry! we can't help you". It seems that there is no way I can fix the mistake I made with the shipping address. Neither can I cancel the order. In fact the customer care agent I spoke on call a few minutes back was extremely rude and unhelpful, she suggested trying to contact whosoever might receive my order and get the item from him/her. I'm feeling absolutely helpless right now and even regret the decision of ordering a fitbit.

Sad to hear about your issues with your online order. I'd strongly suggest trying to contact Fitbit support again to clear things out.
In case you don't have success, I'd cancel this order all together, wait for confirmation and then would place another order with correct shipping address.
