Other than clock face, no other functions are accessible on the watch - factory reset but still not working, the Sence 2 was a replacement for a factory recall, only 13 months old. Fitbit say it is out of warranty.

Hi, not sure what further assistance will achive, been told is not a Fitbit issue. Disappointing that your premier watch only last 13months. As of yesterday the watch has stopped functioning completely
