Hello

despite having sleep data recorded I haven’t had an oxygen saturation score.

is this only available with premium?

I’m sure it used to record but nothing now.
might the sensor be broken?

and if so how I can return it to Fitbit?

Good day!

I believe the oxygen saturation is a part of Fitbit Premium based on a quick check.

Hello @queenFB and welcome to the Community.  The information in @AZ-TX's post is incorrect.  SpO2 is free to all users and can be found in several different places.  This is how you can check and see if the sensor is broken.  The SpO2 is measured using the red LED and only comes on during sleep.  It normally stays on for a short while after you wake up.  When you wake up, peek under your Fitbit and see if the red LED is on.

Here is another troubleshooting step.  Make sure the SpO2 app is still installed, although I don't know how it could have become uninstalled.  Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your app, then your Sense 2 tile.  Tap on the Gallery tile, scroll down to your apps.  Tap on SpO2 and make sure it is installed.
