Has anyone else had  a problem getting a result from the help team. My Sense 2 worked for three days. It quit, I tried several times to reload. It will not. I get no help from the help team.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

The Sense 2 has been reloaded and is now working. The Help Team was listening afterall. I needed to turn off the WiFi on my phone to get the program to load. Hope that may help someone else with the same problem.
