Hello,
I'm not with Fitbit because I was diagnosed with a heart defect because I used a friend's ECG with an Apple watch. That's why I wanted to use the heart function of the Sense 2. I'm actually from garmin. Now I haven't even had the watch for 24 hours and I have to say that the product experience reminds me of Bethesda's Fallout 76. The product is actually still in development... Apart from the usability of the Fitbit app that I have on my Pixel 6 Pro, I can't use the spO2 sensor because I can't install the app. A white screen just appears when I click on SPo2. This is also the case with other apps, others work without problems. Is there a solution for this?
I have the following problems:
- Some apps cannot be installed
- The clock just restarts every now and then
- The Fitbit app is terrible
- Useability from Hell!
- Simple functions are simply missing
I don't know whether I should send the watch back immediately or just wait and see how things develop. After all, nobody recommends this watch! Every influencer tells you not to buy them. Will Google let Fitbit die like the many other companies it bought? Anyone have experience with Fitbit?
Greetings!

The Sense 2 is very disappointing. The third party apps that worked on the old Sense cannot be installed. Several Heath Metrics do not record. Support's only suggestion was to do a factory reset losing all my parameters and a lot of data. Very disappointing. It seems to be their answer to everything. This watch is a DOWNGRADE on the old Sense by the way.
