Hello,
I bought fitbit sense 2 for my wife to monitor her heartbeat and activities. I thought it was very reliable. But there are videos on the internet that there are deviations in high pulse values.
I'm worried about that because I bought this device to use it for health.
Have you received feedback on this or is it fixed with a software update?
If there really is such a thing, it would be a serious problem for people who rely on this data.
Because 2 of the 3 devices show the same values, but only fitbit shows different values.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Hasan.tr.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the heart rate on your Sense 2.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with an answer, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
