Hi,
I am currently researching biosignals and I have two questions regarding the cEDA data from Fitbit Sense2.
1. EDA Data
I found a 'cEDA' csv file using the data export function(https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236615?hl=en#zippy=%2Chow-do-i-export-my-fitbit-data). I am curious about the exact definition of the value recorded as 'eda_level_real' in the file. According to Ronca et al. (2023)*, Fitbit Sense does not provide continuous EDA (cEDA) raw data and only allows the collection of EDA responses. Is the 'eda_level_real' stored in my Sense2 data the cEDA raw data?
2. Missing Data
I analyzed my cEDA csv data of one month and found that there is no data saved from 11 AM to 6 PM (approximately). However, the data from midnight to morning and evening is well-recorded. Is there any specific reason for this? For example, could it be affected by daytime movement? In order to conduct research using Fitbit, it is necessary to have all the data saved without any gaps, including daytime data. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a solution.
Thank you.
