Hello. Purchased my watch Wednesday. Thursday night it started randomly flashing the blue Fitbit logo, showing a red X, and then seemingly restarting. Was still doing it yesterday so I unpaired it, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and set it up again. It's still doing the same thing. I connected support and they said sounds like a software issue, but I'm thinking it's the actual watch. Anyone else have this issue? Can it be fixed or should I exchange the watch? Thank you. Update... I was able to speak with a fitbit representative. He said the watch was defective and to exchange for a new one. Hopefully this information helps anyone else who may have this issue.
