Red Cross of doon

Can anyone help. I’ve had lots of problems with this watch since I’ve had it but this is by far the worst one. My Fitbit will not turn on. As it wouldn’t update, I tried to reset it by following the instructions. Now however, it will not turn in at all. I’ve tried removing it from my phone and reinstalling but no matter what I do I end up with a giant Red Cross and then the screen goes blank.

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having taken your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
If you haven't tried already, I'd suggest changing the clock face of your device and see if it is working as it should afterwards. Here's how to do that:

Unfortunately this won’t work as I cannot connect my device to my phone. It will sometimes pick up the watch via Bluetooth but I am then unable to put the four digit code in as it won’t turn on. I just get the big Red Cross.

I’m having the same problem, new Sense 2 and I can’t enter the f digit code, I wait 10 seconds and then the red cross

Hi @Hulasticks  @Rhub - have you tried restarting the watch several times by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Try with the phone Bluetooth switched off, at least once.

You may need to logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it) and then restart the phone also can improve syncing.

If this doesn't help you may need to factory reset the watch using the button.
