When looking at purchasing a Sense 2, I encountered this message. "Google repair facilities and spare parts for your device will not be available after purchase." What happens if the watch fails? Does Google replace the watch during the warranty period?

Hi @T_Jay - there are no official repairs for Fitbit watches but they can be replaced with another, not necessarily new watch, should they be at fault during the warranty period.
This done by returning the watch first and waiting for the replacement.
If not bought directly or from authorised dealers, the vendor may offer other over the counter replacements depending on the quality of their customer service.
There may be an entitlement to a short refund period in some cases.
