If it falls again and your device is still under warranty, we'll replace it. We'll replace it as long as the warranty is still running. Our team takes these errors seriously and they analyze them in order to avoid them in the future.

Best AnswerAndrea I did reach out and my watch has been replaced. Thank you.
I do have a question. What will Fitbit/google do if it falls again? How long will you keep replacing?
I’ve had 5 Fitbits with me. This is my second Fitbit sense 2.
this is a design flaw, what’s the stance the company is taking?
Best AnswerHi, my sensor fell off today too. I'm not sure if I am in warranty or not. Is there some way of getting it repaired?
Thank you,

Best AnswerAndrea thank you. While I understand the warranty clause, however if my replacement is received, will a new date for warranty be issued for the replacement? Or I’m to look at the warranty for the original watch?

The warranty starts running with the original watch and the replacements keep this warranty.
