Resetting my watch caused it to crash and reset constantly

I factory reset my watch because Fitbit support you me this was a way to fix the exercise app from crashing in the middle of a workout. Now I cannot restart my watch without it syncing old data, thus crashing it. My old watch face comes up, so my old data, and will crash and reset every time I sync how do I fix this?

If you did a factory reset, did you also have to setup the Sense 2, as a new device? Old data, except for today and possibly 1 week of a few graphs, should not sync back to the watch.

I've deleted both the app and factory reset. I've also migrated phones and it also kept my data, I've reset both ways and have deleted the watch from the app multiple times. I can tell it's still there because my watch faces hasn't changed since my first 5
