Sense 2 wouldn't sync after unsuccessfully following routines that normally work, restarted android phone (Samsung) and attempted to restart watch. Then weird, watch screen flashed usual restart screen then background colors changed and finally a large RED X; finally the watch opened with a choice of languages. After choosing English, I was instructed to d/l app and then select this device. That, of course, did NOT work as phone can't find device.
Steps tried: Restarting watch numerous times with no change in opening screen, uninstalling and reinstalling app, removing watch from account and attempting to reinstall during which b/t was turned off and on. The watch screen is stuck on the screen described above. The watch was puchased July of this year.
