Resting heart rate not showing up on app/sync

Anyone else having this issue? It was working for me last week.

HR still shows up when I am wearing the watch and the graph is on my watch. When I sync, my steps transfer to the app but there is nothing on heart rate.

I have all sorts of sync issues since beginning of December. It has to be some bug either in the last firmware or the version of the app. Or the two combined together.
Try removing the watch from the app and add it again. And while you are at it, also restart the watch. It works for me... to bad 2-3 days later the sync issue is back. I'm very dissatisfied with Fitbit at the moment. To the point that I'm considering terminating my premium subscription

I think that you are right, it may be related to the recent version of the filmware. It's been on and off for me. Worked a week ago, then didnt, and now it appears to work again. The old version of the filmware didn't have this problem. Do you know if they upgraded the HR algorithm to be similar to the charge6? I wonder if that's part of why there may be some sync issues

Release notes published by Fitbit do not mention anything about changes to the HR algorithm. The only thing somehow related with HR is readiness score that was made available as a tile on the watch in the new firmware. Readiness score is calculated among a there things also on HR. Since now it is available on the watch too, it means the watch has to upload HR data, calculations happen (like resting heart rate, sleep score, readiness score, stress) and all that has to be synced back to the watch. Something might be going wrong during all these.

Hopefully Fitbit pays attention to customer complaints and fix the firmware. This forum is full of people complaining on various sync issues.
