Anyone let me know how to get item return and refund, so disappointed with this sense 2, and worst touchscreen and even the time can not show correctly.

Hi @OngJdw  you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support.
