Return issues

Has anyone had issues with the returning of faulty Sense 2. I have been told by Fitbit i will get replacement but now all the paperwork is coming in that I live in Australia when i live in New Zealand. I cant get any response to any person regarding regarding this. Fit bit say Google issue now but i cant get in touch with anyone

You're not going to have much luck here, as most of us are other users.  You need to start a live chat with Fitbit using the live chat option on the help site (linked at the bottom of this page).

good luck with that, their customer support went from 10/10 to terrible in a matter of months. They will probably offer you a 'sorry for the inconvenience' response. Even if you contact the chat as suggested, their operators are slow and act like robots.
