Run times

My Fitbit Sense recent stopped giving me my run times. Now only showing to the nearest minute when previous would record to the second. How do I correct this?

@Wesanfo this is a known issue. I am not aware that Fitbit has a time frame for fixing this and restoring the ability to see seconds.

Thanks, but it was fine until a couple of weeks ago, I could go into exercise and manage data. I also can’t find a way now to classify a sport? My old watch could do all of this easily.

@Wesanfo yes, we used to be able to see run times that included seconds. That is not longer available because it was removed in a recent update. I hope it will be restored soon, but I have no knowledge of that. 

We also used to be able to edit the names of our workouts. That feature has also been removed. I am not aware of when or if that will be returned.
