Hi
Just got a FB Sense 2 - released 29th September. New to Sense as previously had Versa, liked the idea of being fully waterproof.
Not sure if I have a problem but sometimes when i swipe right to left to see stats, the screen overlays the clock screen and i cant get it to return to normal state.
I have had to reboot the watch to get it to work again.
Any help gratefully received,

Hi, @Tankerton2a welcome, you mention your "Sense" being waterproof (Water resistant to 50 metres) was the screen wet when you had this problem? The device is certainly water resistant, I swim with mine every day, If the waterlock is not engaged and the screen gets wet it's not fatal but the device becomes a bit giddy. A typical situation will be when finishing a swim I need to "Finish" the data by squeezing the side button & touching the end icon, this unlocks the screen but if it's wet the response to my touch is uncertain, and I need to remove the water with a swipe of my thumb before it responds predictably.
Did the restart sort out your problem or has it returned?

Hi,
The watch has not been wet at all! Literally only had it since Saturday and the issues started almost straight away ! Has happened about 4 times now

Hi, @Tankerton2a, I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. The symptoms you report are unusual. Your alternative will be to take the matter up with the seller (if not Fitbit), you may find the response will be quicker.
