My Sense 2 usually displays a map of my walks. However, the last few days, whilst it records the steps/distance/heart rate etc, there is no image of the actual route/map. The only image available is Heart Rate Zones. I have tried practically everything. Such a shame as I have been a Fitbit user for many years [without problem with my Alta and Versa, until now with the Sense 2 which I haven't had very long]. I am a bit disappointed with it and seriously considering moving to another smartwatch after reading other users having similar issues. Has anybody else had this particular issue or know where I am going wrong? Thanks in advance.
